Weekly Delivery Times

Many times we are asked, “What time do you deliver?”

Well…. Our delivery times do change from time to time depending on our production schedule as well as our delivery schedule! We try our absolute hardest to accommodate our fabulous customers every chance we have.

Our deliveries are usually made between the hours of 10am – 2pm. No deliveries on Sundays or Mondays (unless by special request made in advance & approved by us).

Factors that may affect delivery times include (but not limited to): weather, traffic, large catering events, rush orders, special requests, hotel check-in restrictions,  guest arrival time restrictions,  conventions, etc.

For hotel deliveries, we aim to deliver prior to your hotel check-in time which is generally 3pm.

For restaurant deliveries, we deliver prior to your RSVP time. Your delivery is then accepted by the hostess and placed in cool storage for your RSVP.

If you need your cupcakes delivered by a morning time, which is not always guaranteed, we may suggest you have your order placed for delivery the day before. Your cupcakes will stay fresh & delicious without refrigeration for over a day. Make sure your cupcakes are stored in an inside (AC) location and out of direct sunlight or heat.

However, for optimal freshness, store your cupcakes in the closed bakery box they arrive in, inside the fridge. About 1-2 hours prior to to consumption take them out to un-chill & enjoy! 

If you are a guest staying at the Palazzo, Venetian, Elara or Hilton Grand Vacations, please let us know of your  arrival date  and  time checking into the hotel. These properties will NOT ACCEPT your order unless you are currently checked-in. The  Elara and Hilton Grand Vacations  will require you to be on property to accept your delivery.  We do apologize for any  inconveniences this may cause,  as we are  required to  follow all hotel property procedures.

UPDATE: August  2017 — Unfortunately we do NOT offer delivery to Nellis Air Force Base any longer, as delivery guests are not allowed on property without proper clearance from Nellis AFB. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. Thank you!

Delivery FAQs

Q: What days do you deliver?

A: We deliver TUESDAY through SATURDAY. We don’t offer Sunday or Monday deliveries. The only exceptions are pre-approved events or weddings (5 dozen minimum).

Q: What times do you deliver?

A: We generally deliver between 10am – 2pm. Our weekly delivery calendar is not confirmed until the week of. If you have a special request, please include this in your order. We try to accommodate as much as possible!

Q: How much does delivery cost?

A: We offer a FREE delivery to a majority of the Las Vegas valley & numerous hotels. There is a $5 delivery charge to the following hotels: Cosmopolitan, Venetian, Palazzo, Bellagio, Polo Towers, Elara, Mandalay Bay, NY NY & any restaurant establishment. There is a $5 delivery fee to East Henderson, Anthem, North Summerlin, North Las Vegas & Blue Diamond. *please note some delivery addresses located further from the Las Vegas Valley may have an additional delivery fee (based on distance). Order pickups may be accommodated with pre-approval, with a minimum order– this is not available every day.

Q: Do you deliver to hotels?

A: Yes we do. For hotel delivery we need the property name, the name that your room is reserved under & you do need to be checked in (or checking in THAT day). Your cupcakes will be delivered to the bell desk or the concierge under your RSVP so that you may then pick them up at your convenience, after they have been delivered. The hotel will also contact you on your room phone to let you know you have a delivery.

Q: Do you deliver to home addresses?

A: Yes we do. Please make sure that someone is home to accept your delivery during the delivery window. Please provide us with the gate code or key code, if applicable. Our delivery staff can call you when enroute if you would like.

Q: Do you deliver to restaurants?

A: Yes we do. There is a $5 delivery charge to any restaurant establishment. Please contact them prior to ordering to ensure they allow outside desserts! Include your reservation name as well as the time of your reservation. They will be delivered prior to your reservation time to the hostess at the restaurant.

Q: These cupcakes are a surprise. I don’t want the hotel to call my room. Can this be done?

A: Yes, we understand celebrations do require some planning. If you would like the hotel to NOT contact your room phone, please let us know so that we may include the instructions.

Q: Can you deliver to my hotel room?

A: For security reasons on both parts, no we do not offer room-delivery. If you would like your cupcakes delivered to your room, please coordinate this with the bell desk and concierge at your hotel. Each property handles this differently.

Q: I have plans in Vegas, I don’t want to wait around for a cupcake delivery. What do I do?

A: Luckily for you, you don’t need to be physically on your hotel’s property to receive your delivery. With a correct RSVP name, the bell desk or concierge will hold them for you.

Q: How do I know when my delivery has been completed?

A: We will send you a delivery notification through a text message once your delivery is complete. If you don’t have access to text message, we can send you your notification via email. Just let us know!

Q: I have not yet received my delivery yet. What do I do?

A: Your delivery may be out for delivery up until the end of your delivery window. Check with your hotel first to see if they have been delivered. If not, please call us 702.776.0955 if your delivery is not at your hotel. Please email us as well if we are unable to answer the phone: connect@sincitycupcakes.com. We may be out for deliveries or rushing to deliver your cupcakes if bad weather or unexpected traffic exists.

Delivery FAQs

Sin City Cupcakes offers a FREE delivery service to the majority of Las Vegas. This includes the Las Vegas strip, Henderson, and Summerlin.

*Parts of Henderson and North Las Vegas may include a nominal delivery fee. This includes Nellis Air Force Base, Anthem, and Southern Highlands. Delivery fee is determined based on address given.

Strip Properties:
Our delivery process is quite simple. We require the name which your reservation was made under for successful delivery. We do not ask for your room number as you generally don’t know that information until check-in. We also do not deliver to your hotel room due to security policies. If you would like to provide your room number prior to your delivery we will gladly accept the additional information, but it is not required.

Sin City Cupcakes delivers to the hotel bell desk and is kept for you until you are available to pick up. Simple and convenient. Please bring your photo ID to the bell desk for pick up. The property will contact you on your room phone (or as a check-in note prior to check-in) and Sin City Cupcakes will also contact you by your preferred delivery notification method (phone call or email).

Although we offer a FREE delivery to the Las Vegas strip, there are certain properties that do include a nominal delivery fee due to resort policies (i.e. lack of heath cards, inability to accept baked goods). Included below are the resort policies that either include a nominal delivery fee or have different policies regarding Sin City Cupcakes (perishable food item) deliveries.

Direct deliveries must be set up with properties that are not able to accept baked goods packages. A direct delivery is set up generally 2 days prior to your delivery date over the phone while confirming order details and completing payment. This consists of a scheduled 2 hour time window–we understand there are many factors that can affect your travel time into Las Vegas as well as on our end with traffic and delivery time. We will do our best do accommodate these times. The delivery staff will meet you, or a designated member of your party in the main valet area of the property to directly hand-off your delicious box of Sin City Cupcakes.

 

Properties which require a direct delivery:
-Bellagio, Venetian, Hard Rock Hotel, & Monte Carlo.
-Nominal $5 delivery fee added.

Monte Carlo:
-You have the option of coordinating a direct delivery ($5) or abiding to the Monte Carlo’s edible delivery policy: Guest must be present in their room to accept the phone call to YOUR room from the bell desk upon delivery (free).

Cosmopolitan: 
-$2.50 delivery fee. Your cupcakes are delivered to the concierge desk and are stored in their back cool storage until you are available to pick up.

Paris Hotel:
-FREE delivery. However, guests must be checked-in prior to delivery. Most check-in times are at 3pm. Please schedule your delivery time after your anticipated arrival time to the Paris Hotel. Deliveries are made to the concierge desk.

MGM Signature Towers:
-FREE delivery. However, upon check-in we kindly ask you provide us with the tower you are staying in for accurate delivery. MGM Signature Towers include three (3) separate towers.

Restaurants: 
-$2.50 delivery fee to any restaurant. Please call the venue prior to placing your order with Sin City Cupcakes to ensure they will accept outside food items. Please also provide the name and reservation time of your party.

Off-Strip Properties:
-$5 delivery fee. Includes (but not limited to) South Pointe Casino, World Mark, Silverton Casino, The M Resort.

Residential Deliveries: 
-Please ensure that someone is home to accept your delicious Sin City Cupcakes during the allotted time frame. We won’t leave them outside on your doorstep, but if there is no answer or contact it will be sent back to our bakery to preserve freshness. A re-delivery charge may occur if it is sent back.
-If there is a gate code or key code please let us know prior how to best access it, or the name that your location is under.

Business Deliveries:
-Most deliveries are during business hours. Please provide the address as well as the business name (as well as the suite number if necessary).

Delivery Times:
-Our delivery times vary day-to-day as we try our best accommodate all of our valued customers needs and schedules.
-We generally offer a delivery option before noon and after noon. Please let us know if you have any time restraints or have a latest time for delivery. We try our best to accommodate your schedule as well as other customers’ within our delivery calendar!
